Oil Pulling Cubes

Tessa Rowan leads 2 of our noon SHAKTI classes, Monday + Wednesday. She is passionate about living the benefits of ayurveda + yogic lifestyle. She has a depth of knowledge surrounding this life science + will be leading an upcoming DMT session on Ayurveda + Yoga for Winter Season Feb 5th.

“Consistent oil pulling for two years has stabilized + partially restored my receeding gums.

Pictured here is coconut oil combined with peppermint, rosemary and clove essential oils melted and poured into ice cube trays to solidify.

I keep these in the fridge and swish for +/- 15 mins every morning after scraping (tongue), brushing and flossing. It's become part of my morning ritual and 100% more enjoyable (and less costly) than gum replacement surgery. The combination of coconut oil and these essential oils has antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and ant-inflammatory properties, is an expectorant, increases circulation and refreshes the breath”
