New Moon Temple with Spirited Roots

AnnaLise of Spirited Roots leads this months New Moon Temple with a powerful offering of transformational breathwork. Annalise has been practicing energy work for close to a decade. Her work is about reaching deep into the the cosmic imagery that makes up your present reality, and cleansing the frequencies of those spaces, with tenderness, courage and grace. While her feminine work keeps her progressing she is also a woman of the world working for the City of Vancouver as an Arborist, blending the masculine to keep all good things in flow.

Having just come out of an incredible Eclipse season, we have excavated, up-rooted and released so much of what has kept us hidden away from ourselves and the world around us. This release, brings us into deeper connection to the essence of what the world needs a whole lot of right now, LOVE.

On this New Moon, let us deepen the release of the Eclipse and come into intimate activation of our Solar Plexus. Cultivating within us the courage to grow, the faith to expand and the willingness to take flight, as an expression of deep love for ourselves and the world. Let us connect to our inner healers and allow love to extended through, and beyond us to others. The heart is the bridge between Mother Earth and Father Sky, and the Solar Plexus sustains us in our efforts to be the change we wish to see in the world.
