How to manage your energy
The mystic Rumi writes “This is a simple truth: whatever you love, you are.”
Now let's shift the language to wherever you place your energy you are. If you choose to fall into the complaining about the insanity of the times and that's as far as you place your energy, then you contribute to the insanity.
It's like standing in your window and looking out at a lawn of incredibly long grass and whining and complaining that the grass is long, far too long to cut. Take action.
Even if all you have are a pair of children's craft scissors. Get out there and start cutting.
Or Use your imagination and turn your lawn into a natural jungle sanctuary. Start projecting and nurturing the creativity you were born into this world to share. Inspire others with your presence and magnetism. Be skillful in noticing where you place your attention.
If you would like to see certain things accomplished in the world, take hold of the reigns, and place your energy in that direction. Start talking about the possibilities and create them.
Sing while you work, about the beauty of this life, love songs to your Infinite Self, rather than grumbling about how hard it's going to be, or waiting for someone to come along and do it for you.
Stop blaming and just pick up. One foot at a time. Go!
Manage your energy skillfully and enthusiastically so that you're not wasting it on the whirlwind of your day to day tasks.
Bridge the gap between who you are and what you do every day. Make a choice to stand in your nobility and grace.
The fuel for this mission is your morning meditation. Do it daily. First thing. Wake up at 5 am, or even earlier (5 is good to start) and develop your intuition through the practice of meditation.
See the reality of your vision. You are here to serve and when your vision is in alignment with this spiritual purpose you will inspire the entire world to blossom with you .
Tend to it daily. Chant. Pray. Say thank you.
