This is a full posture sequence to help develop the Full Lotus Pose (Padmasana) or find deeper comfort in any seated posture through this 15 minute practice with Sina.

The video below provides a brief description of the physiological benefits of the posture, mental benefits of the posture, modifications, and the complete practice itself. After the practice, some simple guidance to complete the series in a brief meditation is provided. It is encouraged to sit in your meditation as long as you like, even after the video has ended.
