Mantra:

Teree Meher Daa Bolnaa
Tudh Aagai Ardasse
Guru Guru Wahe Guru
Guru Ram Das

Aad Guray Nameh
Jugaad Guray Nameh
Sat Guray Nameh
Siri Guru Dayvay Nameh

Meaning:

Oh Guru Ram Das, this is my prayer to you.
May my words be from you and may my mind be a source of knowledge and ecstasy that wisdom may come as I act as a servant of the Infinite.

I bow to the Primal Guru
I bow to the Guru throughout the ages
I bow to the Guru that is true here and now
I bow to the Great Guru that will always and forever be.

This is the mantra that Yogi Bhajan would chant before he would give a lecture or teach. It is a beautiful healing mantra and we are so looking forward to hearing about the results you experience from keeping up with this 40 day meditation.

It’s best to do the mantra for 11 minutes daily and feel free to do more if you can. If possible set aside the same time every morning to do it. If you know somebody who needs healing, and it could even be you, put a picture of the person on your altar where you meditate. Light a candle when you chant the mantra and uplift the soul of the person who needs healing.

We also recommend you tune in with the Adi Mantra before you start (Ong Namo Gurudev Namo) and that you wrap the sides of the head during practice with a head wrap of some kind.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

You can join us at the Dharma Temple to do the meditation with the community on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM and Saturdays at 9 AM
